BridgeBio's Heart Smart: Know the Risk. Know the Signs.

An evening of real stories, expert insight and important conversations about heart health, ATTR-CM, early diagnosis and treatment.

Heart Smart: Know the Risk. Know the Signs.

Sometimes the signs are there—we just don’t know what they mean.

BridgeBio in Partnership with Heart, Body & Soul invites you to Heart Smart: Know the Risk. Know the Signs., a special evening dedicated to increasing awareness and understanding of heart health and transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM), a serious and often underrecognized condition that can affect the heart.

Designed for patients, family members, care partners, healthcare professionals, and community members, Heart Smart will create an approachable space to learn, ask questions, hear real experiences, and better understand why recognizing symptoms and seeking an early diagnosis can make a difference.

What You'll Learn

Throughout the evening, healthcare professionals and community voices will help attendees:

  • Better understand ATTR-CM and how the condition can affect the heart

  • Learn about potential signs, symptoms, and risk factors

  • Understand why early and accurate diagnosis matters

  • Learn about available treatment options and the importance of conversations with healthcare providers

  • Become better equipped to advocate for themselves and loved ones navigating heart health concerns

Special Film Screening

The evening will also feature a special screening of: “Don’t Pass on Your Heart Health: Real Stories. Real Talk. Recognizing ATTR-CM”

The film features:

  • Howard H. White, Successful sports executive, author, motivational speaker, former college basketball player, and founder of the Howard “H” White Center for Cardiac Amyloidosis.
